Feedback for our tutors in from previous students

"Jayna was a very reliable, friendly and helpful tutor. She has helped my daughter to increase the F grade achieved in her mock science exams to a C grade overall in her actual GCSEs (and pushed her biology up to a B grade). Jayna`s tutoring has also made her feel that she can pursue Biology at A level and we would definitely ask her back if she needed further help. I would highly recommend Jayna as a tutor."

"Ian has been tutoring my son in Science for the last two years. Before the tuition my son struggled with Science and his grades were reflective of this. In the first couple of months of his tuition with Ian I saw a difference and since then he has grown from strength to strength with his results being at the top of the class. His confidence is now high and he enjoys the subject too, more importantly he looks forward to his lessons with Ian!"
 Feedback for Ian
"I achieved an A* in Biology and I would not have even dreamed of getting it without her help. I really benefited from the tailored notes she made for each topic, which taught me a more efficient way to approach revision whilst hitting all the key points that examiners typically look for. This greatly increased my confidence in the subject after achieving a very disappointing C at my first attempt. She is incredibly patient which made it easy for me to tell her when I didn’t understand something fully. Rachel was always thoroughly prepared for our lessons and she was great at communicating with me if there was a change to her schedule which I appreciated a lot. I could not recommend Rachel enough!"

"Emma has tutored our 3 children aged 11 and 12 in Math, Science and English for the last year. She certainly had a challenge with the 3 of them having mixed abilities and some easy to focus while others not so much! Emma engaged all 3 of them in different ways, she quickly figured out what worked to get the best out of them. We are so happy with the results and would (have) recommend Emma to anyone thinking of getting extra support for their children. "

"Barbara is an amazing tutor, she really allowed me to feel comfortable in our lessons, in which I didn`t feel the need to hesitate when asking a question. She is very patient and her communication skills allows her to transform a topic into something that is much easier to understand. I highly recommend Barbara as a tutor, and believe that she puts in 100% will all her students. She was excellent in helping me bring up my grades."
 Feedback for Judith
"Leah is a great candidate to work as a tutor, not only is she capable of delivering an excellent standard of teaching she is also an approachable individual who excels at everything that she does."
