"I was a little nervous about starting guitar lessons but I need not have worried - Matt is very welcoming and puts you at ease. He adapts the lessons to suit the music that interests you which I believe makes you more eager to learn, plus he also adds in theory to the lessons but in a way that doesnt feel boring. I think the first song that I learnt was a Jimi Hendrix one (albeit simplified of course!). As well as helping me with music that I like, he has also opened my mind to other artists I may not have listened to before which is great. He also offers a great source of additional material - he has put together a lot of useful clips that you can play along to that cover beginner and intermediate and these are structured in one of the easiest to follow formats that I have seen and are brilliant to practice to. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Matt as a tutor."
