I hold a Masters degree in Software Engineering (MEng) with First Class Honours from The University of Birmingham. I am enthusiastic about using my skills and knowledge to help students to make academic progress. My style of teaching has been appreciated by several parents and children.

My group classes are held in Aston. I usually have between 3 and 6 children in a class.

I am a diligent individual who is passionate about tutoring children and motivating them to achieve their potential. I have worked in the IT department of a multinational company for 2 years. I attended a Grammar school in Birmingham for seven years after passing the 11+ examination. My name is on the honours board at the school. I have a strong understanding of the education system and I know what approach is needed to be successful in various exams.

I have 10 years of experience tutoring children between the ages of 7 and 18. I have helped many children to achieve challenging targets and several parents have kept me as their tutor for a number of years. I have done both class and home tuition, working with children of all ethnic backgrounds.

My approach to tutoring not only improves academic performance but also enhances the enthusiasm that a child has towards studies which I believe helps them both in the short and long-term. It gives me great satisfaction to see my students making progress and enjoying lessons at the same time.

I believe that it`s important to encourage children to be positive and passionate about their studies. I have noticed that most of my students will significantly improve their approach to studies after a few weeks of lessons with me. I establish such a relationship with students that enables them to ask questions and also discuss their performance as well as issues, openly with me. I cover topics of work and then ensure that the student has understood them by asking questions.

I provide lots of practice questions both in class and for homework and move on to the next topic when I am assured that the student has a strong understanding of the topic. I also provide help with homework and coursework as and when required. My teaching style is flexible and I am able to work well with different students.
