"Sian tutored my Son, Harry, from September 2015 to July 2016 (his GCSE year) in English Language and English Literature. Harry`s natural strenghths lie in Maths and science, and he always struggled with English. Harry did not want a tutor initially, but Sian`s approach worked well and Harry always worked hard in the hours lesson and in his homework. Sian is a lovely person, who put so much time and effort into Harry`s lessons (even producing him a huge wall poster, for revision purposes, with important quotes from his english literature pieces). Sian has a structured approach to tutoring, and teaches effective methods for passing the exams - some of her lessons involve sitting past exam questions, with lots of advice on time keeping and which key points are neede to attain a good grade. Sian was extremly reliable, and flexible where she could be. Harry passed both his English Language and Literature GCSE`s and I am sure this is due, in the main, to Sian`s lessons - I would highly recommend her to any student."
