Chlorine water reduces bromide to bromine and iodide ions to iodine. No reaction of chlorine with chloride ions.
The colours you see are the orange of bromine and the darker red/violet colour of iodine. You`ll notice two layers in each tube- an organic top layer and the bottom aqueous layer. Colours are seen better in the organic layer.
