Now recently retired and updating my profile, my new teaching will all take place on line and to a limited amount of students. With a combined approximate 22 years experience in teaching, most recently as a private tutor for dyslexia, 10 years before as a secondary science specialist teacher and with extensive experience in teaching children with special needs, I now teach online privately having recently retired. I enjoy teaching at secondary, and at university level for specific subjects and really enjoy teaching the younger children as well if needed. After initially teaching secondary biology and the privately biology and history to degree level & A` Level, I can also assist with English, history, psychology, science (biology, chemistry, physics). All subjects for key stage 2, 3 and 4. I am also able to assist with school entry exams.

Generally the student and tutor need to find a level of tutoring that works best for the tutee. Every child/adult is different and I adjust my teaching style to enhance the students style of learning. This has worked very well in the past and has kept me very busy. With special needs the student is able to learn at their own pace, allowing the maximum progression to take place. We work on the assumption that positivity will bring results and that with some time and a little effort we can achieve our goals and look forward to a positive and fulfilling future.

Availability: I am available over the internet everyday for subjects for at least one hour presently. I do not reside within the UK all year around so tutoring must be online.

Experience: 25 years of experience within the classroom and private tuition. I trained t UCL and have had my own company Top Marks Tuition Ltd for 22 years incorporated in 2008.
