Experience: I have over 20 years teaching experience with significant experience of preparation for 11 plus exams alongside excellent all round teaching to 13. I ensure teaching is tailored to every child`s individual needs to ensure they reach their maximum potential. With a degree in Maths I also enjoy inspiring children of all ages to be confident mathematicians. I ensure every child makes the most if their potential and develops life long learning skills.

Ruth was extremely helpful at a much needed time for our daughter`s 11 plus exam. She was engaging and went over the smallest problem so that our daughter fully understood the topic at hand.

Covid / home schooling had taken its toll on my son confidence. Learning from a parent is not the natural order of things and we were butt heads. Ruth has been great at getting teaching the lessons but most importantly telling him what we already knew is that he can do this. Lessons once a week has kept the schooling alive...worth every penny.
