I am a highly qualified and experienced Psychology and Sociology teacher at an `outstanding` Grammar school. I am also experienced in tutoring 11+ students and common entrance applicants.

Availability: During school terms: Weekday afternoon/evenings (after school hours)

During school holidays: These need to be organised separately. Flexible hours for bulk revision sessions

Experience: I am a qualified teacher of Psychology and Sociology with over 3 years of experience teaching in a variety of learning environments, including a grammar school and a sixth form college.

I am currently teaching at one of the top grammar schools in Kent which is graded as `outstanding` in all areas by Ofsted.

I specialise in teaching Psychology and Sociology at both GCSE and A Level, and 11+ tutiton for primary school pupils. I have also worked very closely with KS3 to KS5 students (ages 11 - 18) in order to develop their study skills and essay writing techniques.

My tuition can assist pupils with their understanding of content knowledge within their course and I can provide them with a comprehensive understanding of what the examiners are looking for according to their exam board.

I focus on presenting my students with successful exam techniques and show them how to apply their knowledge effectively to different styles of exam questions.

This tuition includes the marking of the pupil`s work I set them and the providing of detailed, specific feedback. This ensures that the pupil is fully aware of the required improvements and areas they need to develop to ensure significant progress.

I pride myself on my ability to incorporate different learning styles and differentiation techniques when teaching and on my capability to stretch and challenge my pupils to enable them to achieve their personal potential.
