Experience: Hi I`m Tara! I have just graduated from Queen Mary, University London, studying History. I am now studying my Secondary History PGCE at the University of Oxford. At my secondary school, The Tiffin Girls` School, I studied English, History and Psychology in A Level, obtaining AAB. I have experience in tutoring English up to GCSE level, History up to A Level and Psychology up to A Level. Having done it myself and tutored students with the new 9-1 scale, I am familiar with the curriculum changes. Those who I have tutored have benefitted and gone on to achieve highly.
I have seen how rewarding and beneficial one to one tuition is for many students, allowing them to gain the confidence they need to thrive in exams. I know the importance of well planned sessions, so I will ensure that I use current exam questions to teach the required content.
