Hello everyone,
My name is Alena. I am looking forward to getting to know my future students and helping them grow. Originally, I am from Slovakia and I have been living in the UK for about 15 years. I have a Psychology Master`s degree and a PGCE in Primary education. I am an experienced tutor, who currently teach and support GCSE and A level (Psychology, Business, Academic writing, study skills, Travel and Tourism) students as well as university students on a face to face and online 1:1 basis to prepare, plan and write their assignments and essays/exams.
I also help students with CV / Resume writing, Personal statements, Interviews, UCAS/ Job applications and Study skills.
To support students with challenging parts of the subject, I plan and teach tailored lessons for each learner`s individual needs and interests. I use activities where students can apply their understanding and critical thinking to move forward with their learning.
