We met Amy for an initial meeting and found her really nice and very helpful, she quickly put my daughter at ease. My daughter had one session with her as a tutor. She didn`t have any more sessions because she thought she`d wait a few months then see how she is getting on at school before committing to a regular tutor.

The confidence Amy has given to my daughter, in certain areas she felt she needed the help in, has been terrific! She has massively improved on her mini tests and it’s down to the one on one help she has received. Only had two lessons so far and the difference is amazing! Will definitely be sticking with her.

Amy is really friendly and my daughter finds it easy to communicate with her and doesn`t feel worried about not being sure about something. After each session so far, my daughter has always said that she felt she had learnt more about the subject. I think its going to be very good for her confidence.

Amy has been a breathe of fresh air for my son. She is very friendly, easy to talk to and manages to break Chemistry down into easy to understand chunks. My son looks forward to the sessions and I can already see the uplift in his attitude to studying Science. Amy is very organised and prepares for each session with slides. She also provides feedback promptly post lesson so we know what work was completed and homework set. We look forward to working with Amy over the next few years!

Amy has helped my Y11 daughter prepare for GCSE Combined Science - we`ve found her enthusiastic, flexible, reliable and incredibly easy to work with. She finds different ways to explain topics my daughter hasn`t fully understood in school, which has greatly boosted her confidence for the mocks. We really recommend Amy and hope to continue working with her in the run-up to the final exams.

Amy is tutoring my son for his triple science GCSEs. She is always well prepared for lessons but will also adapt them if asked to branch off. She has a way about her that makes the learning fun and easily engages my son. He said that things that seemed complicated at school now seem easy.

Amy is young but warm, engaging and patient and has boosted my daughters confidence a huge deal in the build up to GCSEs. Her use of practical, modern application in science using real work examples make it easier to understand, in addition to working through practice papers and mark schemes to ensure confidence going into the exams. Highly recommend Amy for those needing to embed or boost grades and confidence.
