Hi. My name is John. I have 30 years of teaching experience and have taught in a full range of faculties and disciplines, I have a fantastic record of results from teaching G.C.S.E. science and A level Biology to the top Oxbridge students in my last full time teaching role at a College of Further Education to my former job as Head of science and Maths at Tregonwell Academy in Bournemouth where I was privileged to work with some of the lower ability pupils who had behavioural and learning difficulties, securing even those year 11 pupils a good G.C.S.E. grade and working with both KS2 and KS3 pupils in the science and Maths department.
I currently tutor science and maths 20 hours per week in person throughout Dorset and Hampshire and also offer online lessons at a discounted rate.
My colleagues describe me as a patient enthusiastic teacher with a great sense of humour that keeps the pupils engaged. I do discounts for teaching a two hour slot or for teaching more than one pupil at a time (so get together with friends or siblings to save yourself some money) or get in touch to ask me about my small group online lessons; bespoke online teaching for as little as £25/ hour.
