I have been tutoring for 6 years and teaching for 5 years, I have a passion for education. Prior to tutoring, I had a successful career in IT Management and Information Security.

I have been teaching GCSE Mathematics Higher Tier Edexcel and GCSE Computer Science at a London school for five years.

I am told by my students that I am friendly, flexible, approachable and a good communicator. I pride myself in getting a good rate of progress even in a short period of time.

I am committed to assisting students to meet their potential and offer a fully customised service. I work with younger children through GCSE and `A` level students to mature students. Due to being a mature man, I feel in a position to provide additional help in the area of motivation and mentoring.

I believe that all students benefit from being taught in a one to one environment, even those students that do not thrive in a classroom situation.

Lessons are totally based on the need of the individual student and my preference is to bring the knowledge out of a student rather than lecturing them. Guiding and assisting them to discover things for themselves.

I am enhanced DBS certified (2023).
I am certified in child protection.

Availability: For the immediate term, I will be making myself available for tutoring 7 days, I am generally busy however I do have some availability.

General availability includes evenings and weekends.

Currently my lessons are start from 09:30 and finishing at up to 21:00 (on some days).

I will be tutoring 7 days a week through to May 2024.

Experience: Experienced tutor in mathematics, computer science and sciences.

A mature man with extensive experience in IT Management and business.

Qualifications include first class honours degree BSc (Hons) and a masters (MSc) degree from UCL.

Most of my students are at GCSE or A level. Although I have tutored a wide range of different students with different aptitudes towards the subject. One of my students recently improved from grade 3 level to grade 7 in his mocks with 8 lessons, showing a dramatic improvement.

One of my 14 year old students passed her GCSE Mathematics Higher tier examination. I have a 100 % pass rate at school.
