Information about India Hope
I am a Sociology student at the University of Kent and have just finished Stage 1 with a First, as well as a Quantitative Research qualification that I picked up in a summer school I attended in June. I studied English, Sociology and Psychology at A Level and have a keen interest in these, as well as a thorough understanding of them. My main skills lie in essay structuring, phrasing eloquently under time pressures, and easily memorising information using a few simple tricks that anybody can use. I don’t think students should have to spend all day every day studying to get good grades (and in fact, they shouldn’t; it’s unhealthy). I want to share my knowledge of memorisation and the power of wording to get top marks for less effort.

Experience: I have tutored two students previously, both of whom were failing their Sociology and Psychology classes before I tutored them in essay structuring and memorising information — they have since passed with B grades and are attending their first choice universities.
I am a university student reading Sociology and passing with straight Firsts in all modules, so I have experience of effective studying methods to achieve high grades.
