My educational journey commenced with success at the 11+ exams, paving the way for me to attend one of the top grammar schools in the country. The rigorous academic environment fueled my drive for excellence, evident in the remarkable achievement of 10 A*-B grades at both GCSE and A-levels. I excelled in subjects such as Biology, Psychology, Religious Studies, and General Studies, showcasing a well-rounded academic proficiency. My commitment to a diverse range of disciplines extended to Chemistry at the AS level. Building upon this solid foundation, I pursued higher education, earning a Masters degree in Pharmacy. Successfully navigating a challenging qualification exam, I emerged as a qualified pharmacist, eventually securing a coveted position at the pinnacle of healthcare in the UK – Guys and St Thomas Trust.

Experience: Over the past decade, I have dedicated myself to the noble role of a tutor, with a significant portion of my experience focused on aiding children with learning disabilities, including dyslexia.

For four years, I navigated the intricacies of tutoring up to GCSE level, encompassing subjects like Maths, English, Verbal, and Non-Verbal Reasoning, including the challenging Eleven Plus exams.

During my time in sixth form, I extended my reach by tutoring younger students at school, fostering an early passion for education. As a university student, I assumed the role of a mentor for 1st and 2nd-year students, contributing to a supportive academic community.

Being relatively young and having recently traversed the secondary education system myself, I bring a unique understanding to my role as a tutor. My approach is characterized by reassurance, approachability, and ease of communication, ensuring that students feel comfortable seeking guidance.
