With 21 years teaching experience and a love of learning, I`m available to guide students aged 11-18 through their educational journey in order to feel confident in their abilities as a learner. I believe passionately in every students` ability to succeed and wish to share my skills and knowledge of how the education system works in order for them to achieve their full potential.

Experience: Full time English and Media teacher in outstanding secondary schools around Surrey and Hampshire. Head of English for eight years; Head of Media Studies for three years; Director of Specialism in Humanities for two years.
Subject lead for A level English language delivering AQA syllabus. Subject lead for A level Media Studies delivering OCR syllabus. Delivered GCSE English language and literature for Edexcel, AQA and WJEC examination boards. Experience of delivering A level English literature as well as KS3 History, English and Citizenship.
