My aim is to help you achieve your languages and academic goals with the least amount of stress possible, and enjoying the journey of learning!
You will be getting a high quality and high standard of lessons as I push myself to learn more about teaching and individual learning styles and needs.
I am focused on each individual`s strengths and how they will learn the best, and how they will get the most out of our time together.

I`ve been working with students of all levels in the areas mentioned above. I enjoy working with a variety of topics and students` needs and learning styles.
I am a native Spanish speaker and a fluent English speaker (to native level). I have completed a TEFL course, and have recently qualified as a CELTA Teacher, which is accredited by Cambridge.
I have tutored school aged students, supported them with their homework and improved their language skills in both English and Spanish. I have also taught one-to-one in English, Spanish and Psychology/Counselling, both young people and adults.
I have completed a B.A. in clinical and counselling psychology, as well as a Postgraduate diploma in counselling, a postgraduate certificate in clinical supervision, and two CQF3 (formerly NVQ3) in adult social care and child social care.
I have tutored students from GCSE and A levels to masters levels in different psychology and counselling courses, and have presented training in Autism.

Being a beginner of Spanish myself, Karin was very helpful in explaining the primary principles of the language, including clear and concise explanations of conjugation and sentence structure which has undoubtably helped in my long-term understanding of Spanish.

Karin is a wonderful Spanish tutor!
She goes above and beyond to find materials that will support your learning both inside and outside of lessons, and truly structures the lessons to what you want.
She is patient and makes you feel instantly comfortable - would highly recommend!
