I am a Qualified HLTA ( Higher level teaching assistant) and a Degree in Working with Children Young People and Families. I have 12 years of teaching experience across all key stages . I enjoy working with children, to see them achieve brings me a great deal of satisfaction and makes me feel like I have made a difference to their betterment. I`m friendly and consider myself to be very approachable. I`m calm and patient and have a great deal of understanding show genuine interest in the child`s development and learning .

Availability: I am available evenings in the week and weekends for one to one tutoring

Experience: I have 12 years of experience working with children and young people. This is from Early years to KS2, I have tutored children from reception to year 6 . I have 12 years of tutoring experience i have also worked with children with additional needs such as Global Development Delay, speech and language delay and supporting children with additional needs. I believe each child is an individual and I adapt my teaching to meet the needs of the child so to support them and provide resources to enrich them in all areas of learning. Every child is unique and talented in their own way i as educational practitioner tap into how they learn best and support them in their learning journey. I work in an educational setting and am up to date with national curriculum.

I am also a mentor who supports children with social emotional needs as this is the key in building children’s confidence and self esteem so learning can take place.
