At the end of every topic studied make a revision spider diagram either A3 or A4 size, with the key facts on. To make these acccurate and detailed enough, use your exam board specification as a guide and fill in the details by referring to your textbook and notes. Use three or four coloured pens to highlight titles, sub-titles, definitions and so on and to make it interesting to look at. Constructing these spider diagrams is a nice way to revise as you are revisiting the topic and trying to make sense of it all as you organise your diagram. When the summer exams arrive you will have lots of ready made revision charts to help you tackle past paper questions in order to work on your exam technique as well. Remember though, make your spider diagrams after each topic as you complete it!
