Englishes are all the English language varieties that are spoken around the world including those varieties spoken by native speakers or those spoken as English as a second or third language (hinglish, chinenglish, spanglish, and so on).

In our opinion, the most impressive thing was to realise about the amount of people who speak English as a Second language or as a Foreign language. To Being conscious that there are more than the double of people who uses English as a foreign language than the ones that have the language as their mother tongue. We were thinking about how this could influence in the native speakers, the way they could feel about this kind of invasion? From other speakers, their reticences or, based in our own experience, their laziness when they try to understand a foreign person talking their language, and also in all the changes that this could make in the language. Changes that probably will be made faster than ever because of the globalisation and the internet. In addition, the different varieties of English language located in different places from England, where English is spoken as the first ( Ireland, Scotland) or as the second language language (India, Singapore). There can be found different Englishes varieties in geographically close areas, because it depends on the very specific political and socio-historical circumstances its speakers have been through.

Finally, the most impacting thing that has surprised us is the feeling of the other languages` speakers in front of english, or, in other way, the english speakers` feelings about immigrant languages in their country. Therefore, English is not always welcomed by the languages which are borrowed heavily from english, the local reaction is not positive because people complain about its influence in their language. To conclude, we have raised to this appointment: English speakers are worried about the spread of varieties of nonstandard English.
