Feedback for our tutors in Warminster from previous students

"Ryan is an excellent tutor for my grandson. I am so pleased to have found him through Tutor Hunt. All perfect."
 Feedback for Ryan
"Joseph has been working with our year 11 son since September . Our son`s view is that he is a very good teacher. He says that Joseph explains things very clearly and will draw diagrams to help understanding when relevant. Joseph doesn`t give our son the answers immediately but asks questions to help him think through the answer but if he is stuck then Joe teaches him what he needs to know, or goes over the topic so that he can then get the answer right. Joseph goes over past paper questions related to the topic our son needs help with and helps him to understand what content and knowledge he needs to include in the answer, to get maximum marks. Our son says that Joseph is very approachable and he never worries about saying he doesn`t `get` something. Our son feels his knowledge and more importantly his understanding has improved a lot, so that rather than just learning by rote he now remembers and understands the topics Joe has covered. As parents we have noticed that Joseph relates very well to our teenage son whilst retaining the appropriate boundaries and respect of being a teacher. This has meant our son is relaxed, learns well and enjoys the tutoring sessions. We would definitely recommend Joseph."

"Lorraine is an amazing teacher and I was very fortunate to have her as my tutor. She has identified my biggest problems with the pronunciation at the first session and prepared the whole scheme of work for me. Every single lesson was relevant and she made an effort to keep it interesting - we have done some reading, listening, recording. Lorraine has an ability to describe things in a very simple way and explain the rules behind. Apart of being a great tutor she is also a genuine and warm person!"
 Feedback for Lorraine
"A brilliant tutor who had lots of availability and very accommodating to times and days. Explained things just at the right level so I could understand."
 Feedback for Tom
"Dave is an excellent communicator: he listens deeply to each individual and will adapt his teaching to their particular needs. He is sensitive, responsive and encouraging, always urging people to identify and build on their strengths, able to stretch the most able, set the right tasks for the less able and in this way draw out the best in his students. Dave is extremely knowledgeable not only in his own subject, English, but in history, philosophy, the art and politics. Thus he has a broad outlook which is enriching for those he teaches. Dave has integrity, he is wholly honest and reliable. He is full of warmth and good-humour, generous and vivacious. I highly recommend him as a tutor."
 Feedback for Anisur
"Patricia has an excellent ability to work with young or adult students and she has a solid training in pedagogical methods. She is very enthusiastic and she has shown excellent classroom management skills. i highly recommend Patricia to any teaching position."
 Feedback for Shahena
"Becki volunteered for The Abingdon DAMASCUS Youth Project and as a part of her role she tutored young people at GCSE level in Maths. The young people engaged really well with Becki and the feed back from young people, parents and schools was extremely positive."
