"Through the three years of Manpreet being at Kings College London, he has been an integral and indispensable part of the chess society. Having captained the club for three years running, it would be hard to imagine the club remaining on its feet without him. On top of this, he also voluntarily goes beyond the call of duty to do help in such ways as keeping a record of all the games, organising the leagues and being an excellent aide to the president. Furthermore, at our chess society meet ups, he coaches both officially (insofar as he will come prepared with a lesson, or an annotated instructive game), and unofficially (he is always keen to talk through games of, and provide help to, those who are part of the society). His coaching is of great help to both the beginners and the seasoned players alike, and I am therefore aware that our membership would not be as high as it is without him.

"Raj has been tutoring my daughter for her upcoming 11 plus and has been invaluable in providing her with practice and guidance not given by the school. My daughter always has positive things to say about their lessons which I think is a testament to Rajs patience and teaching ability."
