She stood out as an exceptional language assistant because she saw the students as individuals and would cater the lessons to their individual requirements, always using the very latest topical resources which she would bring from France. She was popular with both students and staff and we were very disappointed when financial cutbacks meant that the school could no longer afford an assistant. Her rapport with students is excellent she maintains the perfect balance between informaity for the A Level groups and a more disciplined approach with students lower down the school.
