I am a specialised professional in the area of Mathematical and Statistical Modelling, Scientific Computing and Data Science. In September 2018 I completed my doctoral studies in the subject of Mathematical Modelling and Computational Biology at the University of Sussex. In September 2014 I graduated with MSc in Mathematical Modelling and Scientific Computing from the University of Oxford. In summer 2013 I graduated from the University of Sussex with a Bsc (Hon) Mathematics. Teaching is not something that I only do for money. It entertains my life long passion for mathematics as a subject as well as its applications in interdisciplinary subjects. You will be pleased to know that I offer my first lesson free of charge, purely to provide my prospective students with a realistic chance to decide on my suitability for continuation.

Experience: Five years experience in providing mathematical training to GCSE, A-Level, Degree and postgraduate levels. I have also taught A-Level physics as a private tutor as well as postgraduate level modules in Bioinformatics, data science, and machine learning.

Wakil helped my son very well in the build up to his maths GCSE. He is patient, kind and motivates the student well. He broke things down into manageable parts which supported my son as a slower learner. I would have no hesitation in recommending him

Wakil has been teaching GCSE maths to my son for the past 1 month. My son believes that he is making a big difference in improving the technique of the topics he was not comfortable in.
