I am a UK qualified teacher with over 18 years experience in school, specialising in SEND provision, primarily in English & Maths. I also have many years experience tutoring for Entrance Exams (11+ English, Maths, Verbal & Non-verbal reasoning). I am also happy to offer English as a second/additional language and have experience teaching from beginner level up to post-graduate academic writing, including proof-reading for essays and dissertations. I have a friendly approach and all of my teaching is tailored to the needs of the individual student but am happy to offer specific study programs (eg: Reading using Read, Write, Inc phonics and catch-up reading program & Headway English for ESOL/EAL students).
