I am an experienced year 5 class teacher who now works as a private eleven plus tutor. I offer one to one, and group, tuiton. I help prepare children for the Grammar School entrance test. I recommend that children start from the beginning of year 5. I do an initial assessment test which is an hour in length. I analyse suitability of the pupil, according to the results of the test.

I familiarise my pupils with the different types of questions and teach them strategies to enable them to find solutions. I use regular assessment cards to monitor their progress so that areas for improvement can be identified and targeted.

I am fully, enhanced, DBS checked.
