I am a secondary school history teacher working in Harpenden where I teach all ages from year 7 to A-Level. I have a friendly and relaxed approach to tutoring.

I hold a Masters in Archaeology from the University of Sheffield for which I gained a distinction. I studied for my Undergraduate degree in Archaeology and Ancient History at the University of Birmingham.

Availability: I am very flexible and I am able to work evenings and weekends.

Experience: I have experience tutoring and teaching History, Ancient History and Archaeology to A-Level standard, with a special interest in tutoring 7+, 11+ and 13+. I understand the benefits that a tutor can bring. I had a tutor for my eleven plus exams and the ability to have one-to-one tuition and lessons tailored to my needs, I believe, allowed me to realise my full potential and set me on a path to continue to achieve high standards.
