Information about Jill
I have been teaching English and Drama for 25 years and currently work at a top independent girls school in Manchester. I am happy to tutor in preparation for entrance examinations, SATS and 11 plus as well as all levels of Drama and Theatre Studies, including AS/A2 and IB. My GCSE and AS/A2 results have been 100% A.A as well as 100% level 7 at IB.
Availability: I am available in the evening throughout the week.
I also have limited daytime availability for those students who would like extra support within a home schooling setting.

Experience: BA (Hons) in Theatre and English, PGCE in Drama and English and 25 years of teaching in 11-18 schools, including a top independent school in the North West.

Jill has been fantastic and my daughter has gone from C at AS level to A* at A level. She helped with her understanding of the topics and gave detailed feedback on her essays to help her to improve. We would definitely recommend her to anyone needing help with drama.

Jill has engaged with our son brilliantly in a very short space of time. He enjoys his lessons which incorporate both English & Drama. His confidence in literacy has improved noticeably to the point where he not only enjoys doing his English homework again but sets himself literacy tasks. We would definitely recommend Jill
