My mother tongue is French and I am a fluent English speaker who lives and works in Richmond (Surrey) and the London area.

I regularly work with City law firms, major accounting firms, management consultants, merchant banks, support staff, scientists as well as teenagers and retirees.

I have worked both in house and as a free lance tutor and translator in Paris (6 years) and London (10 years).

I am happy to arrange courses on a one-to-one basis or for small groups and at a time and location to suit you. Courses will be tailored to meet your needs.

I design my own worksheets and homework materials and have an extensive documentary and multimedia archive upon which to draw.

Rates for Catherine Holc:

At my home
£48.00 per hour for GCSE students on a one-to-one basis.
£54.00 per hour for adults.

At your home
£54.00 per hour for GCSE students on a one-to-one basis.
£60.00 per hour for adults.

Please note that I am willing to start teaching students getting ready to take their GCSEs. If they do well and decide to take AS and A-levels, I will remain their tutor if they and their parents are happy for me to do so.

Availability: Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm

Experience: I qualified in the UK in teaching languages to adults. I have over 15 years` experience as a French & English tutor in both London & Paris for all ages and levels. As a self-employed tutor, I regularly provide classes to my students in their offices, at adult colleges, in language schools and of course at home.
