I am a qualified primary school teacher and a mum to two children.I enjoy teaching and helping children gain confidence in themselves and what they can achieve. I have plenty of experience in teaching children on a one to one basis.

I am happy to work with your child on things that they are struggling with at school, help with homework or just give them some individual attention and practice to increase their confidence.

Experience: I home tutored my own children while we lived abroad and helped other expats with their children`s education. My children are now in school and far ahead of others in their classes.
Before moving to Hampshire, I worked as a one-to-one tutor in local primary schools giving extra help and booster sessions to children in years 5 and 6 before they sat their key stage 2 SATS.
Recently I have tutored younger children in their homes when they have needed some extra individual attention in reading, writing and maths. I am also tutoring an adult lady with learning difficulties in basic everyday maths and English. Over the last few years I have also helped prepare students to take the 11 plus for entry to Grammar school in Bournemouth.
