I am available throughout the summer and able to tutor on line via Zoom or MS teams to help ensure AS students are well prepared and ready for their A2 year..

I am a very experienced secondary school science teacher, having taught in both the private and state sectors.

I am also an A level examiner. I prepare students for A levels in both Biology and Chemistry. I have an excellent understanding of the examination system and on how to target specific areas to help improve examination grades.

I enjoy working with young people to help them achieve their full potential. I ensure every pupil has individual help and attention and I work with them to ensure they secure an excellent understanding of their subject.

In Biology students frequently struggle with applied questions and this is an area we focus on looking in particular at the use of key words in answers and correct data interpretation to access marks.

In Chemistry having a really good foundation in the principles of Inorganic and Organic chemistry are key to achieving top grades at A level.

Tuition is available over the summer holidays for those students wishing to consolidate their AS studies and prepare for A2.

Availability: Available both during the day and in the evening.

As competition for university places increases, I am fully aware of the importance of achieving the best grades to secure a place. I will work with students to ensure they are fully prepared and ready for examinations.

I run booster classes in the holiday periods to ensure students are ready for examinations.

I also continue with sessions throughout the summer holidays to consolidate AS learning and to prepare students for their A2 studies
