I`m a very experienced, highly qualified teacher / tutor offering professional and personalised, high quality tuition in 11+, Languages (Spanish, German, French), Entrance Exams (11+ and 13+ Common Entrance and Scholarship) and general subject support (Maths and English from Y2 to GCSE) if your child needs a boost in their studies. I offer a friendly, family-based, local service to Cheltenham and Gloucester areas and beyond. I`m of course DBS cleared and have two wonderful daughters who have attended local grammar schools. My wife is also a French teacher, although I am British francophone.
I have nearly 25 years` experience as a qualified teacher and have worked in Prep Schools (where I taught Maths, English and 11+ skills) as well as secondary schools where I have specialised in Modern Foreign Languages (French, German, Spanish). I have successfully tutored scores of students over the years.
I offer structured (rigorous and fun!) courses for those facing exams, including 11+ as well as Common Entrance exams to Senior Independent Schools and GCSE / A level.
