I am a registered Qualified Teacher with General Teaching Council England, with a very strong success record, working in a secondary school in Hounslow. I have over 7 years of tutoring experience and enjoy helping students to succeed. I offer expert maths tuition to children from Primary to GCSE & A Level maths. I provide a stimulating tuition programme, sensitively individualised to particular needs of each student. Regular reports are provided to parents about their children™s progress and on those areas where further support is needed.

I am a highly effective mathematics tutor and I believe in making mathematics fun and relevant for pupils!

For some pupils mathematics can be dull and hard to understand but as a passionate mathematics teacher my aim is to make mathematics interesting through illustrations of appropriate and engaging examples and detailed run through of the simplest methods and procedures involved. I also make sure that the speed of my teaching is in tune with the pupil`s needs and requirements with informal assessments, followed by constructive and positive feedback, in between different concepts to ensure that a pupil is completely at ease with a particular concept.

I am a firm teacher who expects high levels of hard work and dedication but I also very understand to the emotional needs and requirements of pupils. Sometimes all a pupil needs is encouragement and confidence. Performing well in mathematics is sometimes all about sound concepts and confidence. It is therefore my duty to build up my pupil`s self-esteem and direct them to an improved perception of themselves as a learner.

I am currently working as a mathematics teacher in 11-18 years school in Hounslow, so I am well aware about all the exam boards and the recent changes going for GCSE™s and A Level courses. My strong mathematical background and my current academic experiences mean that I will prove to an extremely result-oriented and effective teacher.

Tutoring Approach:
I use a variety of teaching methods in order to make learning process simple and interesting. I am a firm teacher who expects high levels of hard work and dedication but I also very understand to the emotional needs and requirements of pupils. I tailored my lessons in such a way that kids understood the concept and apply themselves in solving problems. We do practice exam questions which help children to apply their learning in exam context as normally kids find it hard.
