Tom has been tutoring my son, James, for a year prior to his GCSEs. I have previously left feedback about Tom. I just want to add more, given the passage of time. James gained marvellously from Tom`s tutoring, so much so that from a grade 5 in a trial exam (July 2018) he achieved a grade 8 in Maths in the real GCSEs (May/June 2019). Much of this dramatic increase I put down to the tutoring by Tom. I continue to fully recommend him.

Tom has been tutoring my 15 year old son, James for one month in GCSE mathematics. Tom is a well organised, punctual and professional tutor. He is very knowledgeable about his subject and conveys it most successfully to James. His attitude is friendly and he has developed an excellent rapport with my son. James appears buoyant after teaching sessions and his confidence has increased markedly.

James and I would thoroughly recommend Tom.

I recently took my Professional Skills numeracy test for QTS. Before contacting Tom i was really struggling with the practice tests, since I have not done any form of maths for over 5 years now. Tom was really helpful, explaining quick and easy methods for solving complicated sums. Also, being a teacher himself he was well aware of the content and structure of the Professional Skills tests. With his help I passed the test first time, so I would recommend him to anybody doing the same.
