V&A Museum of Childhood (www.vam.ac.uk) May 2019-July 2021 Director (Creativity & Skills)
Led the transformation of the V&A Museum of Childhood from a social history museum to a leading museum of design and creativity for the young. Led all aspects of the final year of opening, the rebranding of the Museum, the interim years learning strategy, the five-year business plan post-opening.

Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (www.kew) 2017-2019 Head of Visitor Programmes, Commercial Events and Exhibitions
Led the creative vision and delivery of public programmes that repositioned Kew as a centre of excellence on Plant Science and Horticulture. This included five family school holiday programmes of activities and events and three annual three-to six weeks long festivals for the day-visitors (e.g. Temperate House Festival; Orchids Festival).

Imperial War Museums (www.iwm.uk) 2010-2016 Head of National and International Learning and Engagement
Oversaw learning and engagement across the IWM branches. Responsible for around 50 staff and over 100 freelancers and volunteers and an annual budget of approx. £1.5 million. Steered and implemented change programme for the departments.
