I’m a passionate A Level Psychology teacher and Subject Leader. With a BSc in Psychology, a PGCE specialising in Psychology, and a MEd (Psychology of Education) from the University of Manchester, I bring both academic expertise and a deep understanding of the curriculum.

I know exactly what examiners are looking for, having worked as a marker for current AS & A Level qualifications. I’ll help you maximize your marks by improving your understanding of research methods, application of knowledge, and those all-important evaluation skills. Experience: Subject Lead, Psychology - I led the Psychology department and I am an experienced AS & A Level Psychology teacher with a diverse background in teaching a variety of subjects across GCSE and A Level.

Other Subjects - My expertise spans GCSE Psychology, GCSE & A Level Photography, BTEC Level 2 & 3 Health & Social Care, AS & A Level Sociology, and the GCSE & A Level Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

In addition to my subject knowledge, I now have the privilege of working with children who require additional support, ensuring that every student—regardless of their learning needs—can thrive and achieve their potential.

One of my key strengths lies in mentoring students through the UCAS and personal statement process, helping them craft compelling statements that reflect their unique abilities and aspirations. My guidance has successfully supported many students in securing places at top universities.

I’ve also had the opportunity to present at careers events at the University of Manchester, offering advice to undergraduate students on how to make the most of their academic journey. Furthermore, as a fully qualified First Aider, I have led numerous First Aid sessions, enabling participants to gain nationally recognized certifications.
