Feedback For James (-1)
We decided to have a tutor for our son in the lead up to his SATS. We were very happy with this tutor in the beginning. He was punctual and most helpful. Our son is quite bright but lacked confidence in himself. The tutor helped him immensely. Suddenly this tutor or stopped turning up. No call, no text, mo email. Th first time he said he had got mixed up with the dates which is fair enough. We rearranged for the following week. Again he did not turn up. No call, no text, no email. I contacted him and he came the following day, was most apologetic which I accepted as we had been so punctual in the past. He did this session free of charge. We rebooked for 1st may. Again no show, no call, no text, no email. Still not heard from him as of 9th may. Our`s son`s SATS are next week. He could not have let him down at a worse time. I would not recommend this tutor as he is very unreliable.
