Information about Umar
Welcome everyone!
My name is Umar and in this short passage, I am going to give an introduction into my background and the subjects I would like to teach.
I joined Fleetdown Primary School in year 4 and began to prepare for the 11 + exam. Thankfully with the coaching and mentoring that I received, I passed the 11+ and joined Dartford Grammar School, where I completed my GCSEs` and the International Baccalaureate Diploma.
After completing my education at Dartford Grammar School, I started to tutor children at Explore Learning and helped kids with their Maths, English, 11+ and GCSE subjects. I absolutely loved tutoring kids and hence I took on two 11+ groups and am very pleased that (through messages from parents), I found out that I was
successful in helping kids pass this test.
After leaving Explore, I continued to tutor pupils and have helped people with certain IB subjects as well. I am currently studying Dentistry in Plymouth and look forward to helping as many pupils as I can.
