I am an experienced and passionate teacher with over five years of teaching Maths and Psychology at GCSE and A-Level. As Head of Maths, I have a proven track record of helping students achieve strong outcomes, particularly guiding pupils to secure Grade 7+ in Maths and supporting A-Level students to reach their university goals. Alongside classroom teaching, I also tutor one-to-one, tailoring lessons to the unique needs of each learner. My approach balances high academic expectations with an approachable, supportive style, ensuring that students feel confident, motivated, and fully prepared for exams.

Availability: I’m available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:00pm–7:00pm, plus Saturday mornings for GCSE and A-Level Maths support.

Whether you’re aiming to build confidence, close gaps, or push for top grades, I’d love to help. Send me a message to book in.

Experience: I have extensive experience teaching Mathematics across GCSE Foundation, Higher, and A-Level, including Further Maths. Over the years, I have helped students master challenging topics such as algebra, calculus, and statistics by breaking them down into clear, manageable steps. Many of my pupils have gone on to achieve top grades, with the majority securing Grade 7–9 at GCSE and B-A/A* at A-Level. I also teach AQA A-Level Psychology, covering the full specification from Approaches and Biopsychology to Issues & Debates, Memory, Social Influence, and Schizophrenia. My focus is always on building both subject knowledge and exam technique, particularly structuring long-answer essays and developing critical evaluation skills. As Head of Maths, I also design curricula, lead teaching strategies, and mentor other staff, which has strengthened my ability to adapt learning effectively to meet the needs of different students.
