Information about Monia
I am a third year student at St George`s UoL medical school with a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge. I am lucky enough to be born into a family of diverse backgrounds making me fluent in Italian, French, Arabic and English. I also consider myself to be an extremely easy going and friendly individual which allows me to develop good rapports with my students which is reflected in their outcome of learning.
Availability: Monday-Friday between 16:30-20:00
Sat-Sun between 9:00-15:00

Experience: I tutor individuals undertaking A-Level, GCSE and KS3 exams in the 3 sciences and mathematics. I ensure that in each session every student understands the topic explained to the fullest, through verbal and written assessment. I provide end of unit tests for each unit covered with an 80% pass mark allowing me to identify ‘weak points’ of the students which can be explained again to clear any misconceptions students may have. I also set homework every session as I am a strong believer in ‘Practice makes perfect’ as well as making students familiar with exam style questions in time for their exam.

Monia has been to three sessions with my daughter and she has quickly developed a good rapport, she clearly knows her subject and my daughter has found the work she they are completing is an immediate help.

Monia is a great tutor to my daughter who is studying for her GCSE`s.She is tutoring her in 4 subjects, each one very competently.Maths,Physics,Chemistry and Biology.She is very reliable polite, pleasant and because of her age she is very in touch with teenagers.I would have no hesitation in recommending her.She is a joy to have around and makes learning fun!!

The support and guidance Mondia provides for my son (iGCSE Biology) is of the highest standard.
