I`m Charlotte and I`m a First Class graduate from the University of Bristol in Theatre and Performance Studies. I have worked at the National Theatre and Bristol Old Vic and have done ad-hoc tutoring tutoring throughout my A Levels and degree as well as professionally for the past few months.

I`m incredibly passionate about literature, Shakespeare, theatre and history and can offer tutoring in Drama, Theatre Studies, English Literature (with a specialism for Shakespeare) and History.

During my A Levels, I studied Drama and Theatre Studies, History, English Literature, Extended Project (for which I directed a Shakespeare show at a regional theatre) and AS Business Studies. I received A Level prizes for Theatre Studies, Extended Project and Shakespeare.

My enthusiasm for these subjects emerges in all the teaching I do and I hope to inspire students through a variety of visual and practical techniques that can get them excited about their work. Having done my GCSEs, A Levels, University exams and essays all in recent memory, I can help you with your revision techniques, structure and working closely with marking criteria to get the best out of your work. Working with me, expect lots of smiles, lots of support and a couple of Shakespeare quotes thrown in for good measure, forsooth!

With my studies being in recent memory, I have a hugely relevant toolkit from my own studies, that have been tried and tested from years of revision and research that helped me achieve high grades. Experience: I have been tutoring GCSE English Literature students professionally for the past few months and have done ad-hoc tutoring for the past couple of years focusing on Drama and Theatre Studies. I was an A* student at both GCSE and A Level and have developed an expansive toolkit of resources to help other students achieve the grades and skills they want. My experience at university and working in the theatre industry has given me an expansive contextual knowledge of both theatre and literature that will aid and excite all of my lessons.
