Information about Nick
As a former Deputy Head described by Ofsted as "inspirational" and "exceptional" (bit.ly/Ofsted-2014), I am committed to helping students reach their potential. I`m an experienced leader of GCSE mathematics and I am supporting a number of students to be successful in GCSE mathematics, as well as A Level music, A Level Drama and 11+ entrance exams.

Experience: I took a first class degree from Durham University in 2008 and qualified to teach at the University of Oxford in 2009. Since then I`ve been teaching and leading in secondary schools until 2023. I am now pursuing a career change into the law. I took a distinction in my law conversion course in 2024 and am now pursuing professional qualifications before my anticipated qualification as a solicitor in 2027.
Having taking hundreds of students through GCSE maths during my time in teaching, as well as through A Level courses, I know that patience, flexibility and dedication is required to help students find success.
