I am a professionally trained musician, percussionist and timpanist, as well as a composer graduated from the Royal Academy of Music, the Paris Conservatoire and the Paris University.
Throughout the last decade I have developed a strong experience both as a performer and as a teacher: I have an experience in preparing students for entrance, ABRSM and Trinity exams with 100% pass rate. I also have thought students who wish to learn music only for pleasure, as a hobby.
I have been teaching for over 8 years so far. I particularly aim to adapt to the student’s strengths and personality. I have learned altogether the importance of always teaching with artistic commitment while never forgetting to work in a friendly atmosphere where the students can feel comfortable. This allows my pupils to trust and to feel confident in their learning, while feeling the excitement of being engaged in both technical and artistic demands.
Finally, I can say that I would be happy to teach music from a variety of angles, including music theory, history of music, orchestration, arrangement, conducting, composition, or any other kinds of approaches if required.
