Information about Christine
I am a bi-lingual French and English teacher with over 20 years teaching experience to both school pupils and adults. I have a degree in French Language and Literature and PGCE in Modern Foreign Languages from the University of London. I am very experienced in teaching all four skills in French, from Key Stage 2-5. I am an accredited examiner for AQA and very familiar with Edexcel. I have a wide range of resources to enhance learning. I also offer general tuition in English, French and help with homework to primary pupils and help to prepare pupils for 11+ Exams.
Availability: During the week, I am available on Thursdays and Fridays and most evenings and weekends.

Experience: I have been teaching for over 20 years in the UK and abroad to pupils of all ages. I specialise in AQA GCSE French and can help with speaking and pronunciation as well as strategies to help with vocabulary and help with writing. I also teach English to speakers of other languages who wish to improve their spoken or written English.

Christine started helping my daughter ahead of her A levels and has continued with a couple of lessons even though the exams have been cancelled due to Coronavirus. My daughter (who was not enthusiastic about tutoring) likes her a lot and says she`s a great tutor. She`s obviously a really decent person too. She`s asked me to donate her fee for the last two sessions to the local food bank. What a lovely generous think to do! Highly recommend.

Christine was excellent. She helped my son prepare for an oral presentation on a challenging topic at very short notice and he got a very good result indeed!
