With positive relationships that are student centred and progress directed, my learning approach is personalised emphasising upon retrieval practice, linking content and examination technique. Experience: 10 years teaching and 5 years leadership (Head of PE and Sport) experience within both inner London and overseas (Shanghai, China) schools. I have vast experience teaching GCSE PE, have embedded and lead the BTEC Sport (Level 2) course as well as deliver the A Level PE course. Here I specialise in Sports Psychology though have materials for Anatomy and Physiology as well as . My results and value added scores are excellent, my GCSE PE saw 100% of students receive 100% A*-C and most recently, 50% of students achieved a Distinction*, with 60% of all learners achieving 3 grades beyond their minimum expected scores. I continually develop professionally, through courses and moderation such as - GCSE PE Component 4 - Personal Exercise Plan (PEP) and AQA Coursework Standardisation which will support learners with their coursework submissions.
