15+YRS EXPERIENCED SPANISH TEACHER

I am a QTS qualified teacher from Spain with an undergraduate in Teaching General Basic Education. I have worked both in private practice and in schools as a teacher, teaching Spanish, Maths and Sciences to various age groups.

Availability: Available on afternoons on weekdays and weekends, preferably early afternoon but with the possibility of being flexible.

Willing to travel: 20 miles

Experience: I began working as a teacher early on in my career and have worked in public practice at schools in Spain, as well as in schools with disadvantaged students.

For the last 10 years, I have focused on private tutoring. My tutees have always reported feeling extremely satisfied with the level of teaching and have gone on to improve significantly. My tutee and experience include:

- Providing one-on-one tutoring sessions in Maths to students at the equivalent of KS 4; tutees grades improved by at least two grades in all cases.
- Providing Spanish lessons to recently immigrated English-speaking adults and helping clients acquire Spanish skills for their professional and social goals.
- Providing Spanish lessons to students ranging from 8 years old throughout KS5; tutees have gone on to be able to pursue Languages either in Sixth Form or as a university subject.

My approach in lessons will always be to implement tailored lesson plans and develop action plans based on students’ academic goals and needs, adapting as necessary.
