I`m a friendly, professional person who wants those I work with to do well. I understand that some people can struggle with Maths, or just lack confidence, which is why I love to see people`s joy when something clicks and they get a problem correct. I`ve been teaching maths for ten years but am currently taking a child care break to bring up my little ones.

I mark ks2 and a level exams which has given me a greater understanding of how exams are marked and hence how to achieve better grades.

Experience: I have a 2.1 degree in maths and a PGCE in Secondary Maths. I`ve been teaching for ten years in two different secondary schools, mainly teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths at all abilities. At KS5 my expertise is in Decision Maths and have taught the AQA course for several years. I`ve also had experience of working with KS2 pupils and tutoring year 6 pupils.
