I am a former Mathematics private school teacher and founder of an established tuition centre. With a degree and masters from University College London, my specialism is Mathematics.

The majority of my teaching takes place at my tuition centre (small groups: average 3, max 6) in Streatham. We teach children from Years 1-11 including preparation for: 10+, 11+, SATs & GCSE exams. I have over 20 years’ teaching experience in Maths, English & Reasoning and my colleague has 10 years’ experience teaching English & Reasoning.

Please see below for our timetable. Some of our classes are full, however, please do ask and we will try to help where possible.

We teach students from many local primary and secondary schools. The majority come to us through word of mouth and stay with us for a long time enabling us to support them throughout their education.

Whilst a student may be working towards a specific goal, e.g. GCSE, we take a holistic approach ensuring that they gain an understanding of the subject as a whole. This is because we know that securing a high grade is not just dependent on subject knowledge but, on a number of factors, including the ability to adapt and/or improvise. We provide our students with a ‘method toolkit’ so that they can approach the subject, and ultimately any exams they sit, with both knowledge and confidence.

I am a high academic achiever and take pride in being able to convey those skills to enable others to achieve similar success.
