Information about Waleed
Egyptian tutor. Mother tongue being Arabic (Egyptian, Classical, Lebanese) and fluent in English and French.
The foundation of any success in a student`s school life starts at relaxation and self-confidence, so before I start teaching any of my students I make sure that we have a conversation wherein I ask them questions and hear their opinions and make sure that they feel valued and appreciated by their tutor. Also, I get to understand what their needs are and I go ahead and tailor my lessons to their requirements. I believe that everyone has the capability of doing much more than they think they can so encouragement plays another key role in my sessions.

My school education up to my last 2 years of high school was in a private French language school where I gained my fluency in French.
Arabic is my mother tongue, and I have extensive experience in translation for dubbing, and being a voiceover actor for Arabic dubbing for Disney, Paramount, Sony and Playstation. For the last 2 years I have held the position of Creative scri pt Supervisor for Amazon Studios where I am responsible for reviewing and approving all translated scri pts from English to Arabic going into the dubbing process.
Previous students have said about my teaching:
1) "I learned a great deal about acting from Waleed, and also learned what it truly means to be a hard worker and care about what you do to the extreme".
2) "Waleed didn`t just teach me about acting, he taught me about human nature. He was the one professor I learned from the most in my whole life, and the most important thing I learned was how to deal with differences between people, how to understand the world around me, and Waleed manages to teach those values through the work, never spoon-feeding."
3) "The most dedicated mentor and coach, he was always looking for a change and he just did. Thank you for the helpfulness, dedication, time you gave us Waleed".
4) "I did not imagine before I started the course that I wouldn`t want it to end this much...I learned a great deal from Waleed. This course changed so much of how I think as a human being first, then as an artist. When it comes to the artistic value, there is so much to talk about. Such an amazing positive attitude, a dedication, a high level of focus with each student. We all felt as if every lesson was tailored just for us."
