Maths and Verbal reasoning (VR) are the core subjects I focus towards the 11+ . VR techniques are the key for GL style VR papers. (DAO has now moved to GL style VR, therefore 2019 candidates will be tested in this) Learning all techniques will enable children to easily answer VR questions in the exam. (If you are looking at Latymer School and Dame Alice Owen’s schools, focusing on GL style is essential) I will cover all areas of the curriculum for Maths for the year 4 pupils. Current year 5 will carry out a brief curriculum revision mainly focusing on difficult topics. Around March/April main focus will be on sample papers for 11+ Closer to summer holidays, timed exam style papers will be practiced from many different exam boards. My pupils have successfully gained entrance to Latymer, DAO and QE Boys. Please let me know the school year of your child and the target school for year 7. Availability: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday after 4.30. Flexible on weekends.

Experience: I have a Degree and a Masters in Management. I am a parent and have helped my two boys to successfully pass their 11+ and gain entry to super selective schools of their choice in North London.
